Why do we give a 12-year guarantee?
In our 15th year of operation, we called our first 1,000 customers and offered to replace any element of the kitchen if it failed.
Many customers asked to replace household appliances, but only a few had complaints about the quality of facades and cases. We came to visit 100 customers and found that the facades and cases did not change their properties in any way during the entire period of operation.
Those kitchens that were produced in the first years of the company's work now have a huge difference in quality, so we easily give a 12-year guarantee to all today's customers!
Warranty cases now occur only in 0.2% of kitchens, that is, in two kitchens out of a thousand!
Automated production of facades
The facade is the most expensive and main part of the kitchen. It is very important that the facade is made in automatic flow production and not in manual mode. We order facades from the Italian factory ILCAM, where we buy large batches of facades at once and import them to Russia. Of course, a facade made in automatic production will look better and last longer since an error due to human error cannot occur in automatic production.
We use top-quality cases.
The material for the body parts is an 18mm chipboard. The use of laminated chipboard is 18 mm thick, provides maximum rigidity and strength of the structure. Most Russian kitchen companies use 16mm cases, but such cases are less reliable and do not allow the use of modern mounting hardware.
In addition, we use a 2-color laminated chipboard body, which is used only by expensive European manufacturers. Body parts and loose shelves are edged around the entire perimeter of the part so that there are no open chipboard surfaces. This is reliable protection against external influences - for example, the possible ingress of moisture during a short exposure and, as a result, swelling.
We use the highest level of environmental friendliness of laminated chipboard - E1, which is so safe that it is used in the production of children's furniture and furniture for medical institutions.
How will delivery and installation take place?
In our company, delivery and installation are carried out in one day. In the morning, a delivery service will come to you and with it an installation team. By the way, our installation teams always consist of two professional installers, which significantly reduces installation time.
All modules will be delivered from production already assembled. We do this in order to additionally check the completeness and quality of the product during the control assembly at the production site. Of course, this further reduces the installation time at the customer's home.
