DMCA & Copyright Policy

ZEEL PROJECT respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same. This policy explains how we handle copyright infringement claims in compliance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content on zeelproject.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request to our designated agent:

Your notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that is claimed to be infringed;
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL);
  4. Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law;
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Incomplete or invalid notices may not be processed.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you uploaded was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification.

Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its original location on the site;
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake;
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal courts in Los Angeles County (if outside the U.S.) and will accept service of process from the original complainant.

ZEEL PROJECT may restore the content after 10 business days unless the original complainant files legal action.

3. Repeat Infringers

ZEEL PROJECT may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright or who submit repeated or fraudulent claims.
