IT Platform LLC
A limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia.
Responsible for software development, technical operations, and infrastructure maintenance, governed by Armenian law.

ZEEL PROJECT's legal documents, including its Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Content License Agreement, are primarily governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Users and brands interacting with the platform agree to the jurisdiction and venue specified in each legal document.

Depending on the user's or brand’s country of residence or business registration, services may be rendered under either ZEEL PROJECT INC. or IT Platform LLC, without affecting the validity or enforceability of any agreement entered through the platform.

3. Legal Relationship with Users and Brands

By creating an account, downloading content, uploading assets, or using any of ZEEL PROJECT’s services, users and brands enter into a contractual relationship with one or both of the legal entities mentioned above. All transactions, support requests, licensing, and data processing activities are performed in accordance with the applicable legal agreements and this corporate structure.
