- No subscription credits or downloads have been used during that period;
- The subscription has been cancelled during the eligible window.
If any of these conditions are not met, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
2. Ineligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds are not granted if:
- Credits or downloads have already been used (even partially);
- More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase;
- The purchase was for one-time credits (non-subscription) or expired credits;
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Content License Agreement.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing
