Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 11, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ZEEL PROJECT platform by all parties, including regular users ("Users") and participating companies or entities ("Brands").

These Terms incorporate the Privacy Policy, Content License Agreement, and other applicable legal policies available at zeelproject.com/legal.

By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

Section 1: Users

1. Eligibility and Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all actions taken through your account.
  • Use of multiple accounts to bypass restrictions (e.g., download limits) is prohibited.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep it updated.

2. Content Types and Access

ZEEL PROJECT provides access to the following:

  • 3D Models
  • 3D Scenes
  • Textures
  • 3D Sets
2.1 Free Access

Users without a paid subscription may access a limited number of 3D Models per day (excluding Pro Brand content). Textures are free.

2.2 Subscription Access
  • Monthly credits are issued based on subscription tier.
  • Credits are required to download certain content (e.g., scenes, 3D sets).
  • Unused credits may expire upon cancellation or expiration of the subscription.

3. Use of Content

Downloaded content is licensed, not sold. Permitted uses include commercial and non-commercial visualizations and presentations.

Prohibited uses include redistribution, resale, uploading to third-party platforms, AI training, NFT creation, and unauthorized claims of ownership.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights belong to ZEEL PROJECT or contributing brands. Users may not reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit platform technology or content beyond licensed scope.

5. Conduct and Restrictions

  • No automation, scraping, or impersonation.
  • No interference with the experience of others or platform infrastructure.
  • No legal violations.

6. Termination

  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations.
  • No refunds are granted after termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is." ZEEL PROJECT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount paid in the past 12 months.

8. Modifications

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Section 2: Brands

1. Eligibility and Account

  • Only legal entities or their representatives may register as Brands.
  • ZEEL PROJECT may pre-create accounts for verified brand partners.
  • Brand data must be accurate and up-to-date.

2. Brand Tiers

  • Basic Brand: Free access to uploading and profile features.
  • Pro Brand: Paid access to extended visibility, download access for users, and statistics.

Pricing may vary and is outlined in external documentation.

3. Upload and Content Guidelines

  • Content must be original or properly licensed.
  • Content must meet platform standards for quality and safety.

4. Platform Usage

  • ZEEL PROJECT may promote or demote content at its discretion.
  • Pro Brand content may be downloadable without restriction by users.

5. License Grant to Users

Brands grant ZEEL PROJECT the right to license their content to users under ZEEL PROJECT's Content License Agreement.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Pro Brand subscriptions are billed monthly.
  • Non-payment may lead to suspension or downgrade.

7. Brand Analytics

Statistics may be available to brands. ZEEL PROJECT does not guarantee accuracy.

8. Ownership and Display

Brands retain content ownership. ZEEL PROJECT may display it for promotional purposes unless restricted by the brand in writing.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 15 days' notice.
  • No refunds are issued for unused periods.

10. Liability

Brands are responsible for rights to uploaded content. ZEEL PROJECT disclaims liability for third-party misuse. Maximum liability is limited to 12 months of subscription payments.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
