Ango is a Bangkok-based studio creating sculptural handcrafted lighting and sustainable design objects for contemporary interiors and architectural spaces. Each piece is conceived and fabricated in Thailand, guided by an organic modern sensibility where material, structure, and light exist in quiet balance.
Working with silk cocoon, mulberry tree bark, rattan, hand-soldered metal frameworks, composite materials, and synthetic rattan, Ango transforms natural and unconventional resources into refined lighting sculptures. Through hand-weaving, fibre-forming, crocheting, and metal soldering, each luminaire reveals a softness of light, a richness of texture, and a subtle sense of movement within space.
Ango lighting is specified across hospitality, hotel interiors, luxury residences, wellness retreats, and restaurants, supporting architects and interior designers with sculptural pendant lighting, custom installations, and 3D model-ready designs for specification, BIM workflows, and visualisation.
From singular statement pendants to large-scale installations, Ango pieces function as both illumination and sculptural presence—enhancing atmosphere while contributing to the architectural narrative.
