How to Buy Products on ZEEL PROJECT
Fast, convenient, directly from brands
Looking for high-quality furniture, lighting or decor — and want to order directly from the manufacturer? ZEEL PROJECT is a professional platform where you can use 3D models in your projects and instantly place an order for real products, without intermediaries or unnecessary hassle.
Important: ZEEL PROJECT does not sell products and does not process payments. All transactions happen directly between the buyer and the brand. The platform simply provides a secure and transparent process.
How the purchase process works
- Go to the product page and click “Add to cart”.
- The cart can only include products from one brand — this makes negotiations easier.
- Once the cart is ready, click “Send Request” — it will be forwarded to the brand’s representative.
- Use the dialog window to discuss all details: pricing, availability, customization, shipping, documents, and more.
- After finalizing the terms, a payment page will be created, allowing you to pay securely via Stripe — a global payment system used by Booking, Amazon, Zoom, and others. Your data and funds are protected.
- Once payment is completed, the amount is automatically split:
- the brand receives its portion directly to their connected Stripe account,
- the designer’s commission (if involved) is sent to ZEEL PROJECT’s Stripe account and can be withdrawn upon request after the deal is closed.
ZEEL PROJECT’s role
- We are not a seller and do not hold buyer’s funds
- We provide secure infrastructure: cart, chat, payment, and automatic fund distribution
- Stripe connection is mandatory for all brands
- The designer’s commission (if applicable) is paid upon request after the deal is finalized
All questions related to shipping, customs, refunds and terms are handled directly between the buyer and the brand.
For designers
Participating in a deal as a designer? Simply indicate your involvement when submitting the cart — and after the deal is completed, your commission will be available for withdrawal. The amount is sent to ZEEL PROJECT’s Stripe account at the moment of payment and can be paid to you upon request after the deal is closed. All earnings are visible in your personal account.
